POSITION TITLE Project Officer
STATUS Full-time (40
hours)
LOCATION Ho Chi Minh City,
Vietnam
Job description
The project officer is responsible for ensuring effective
implementation of the project's activities and task assigned to attain goals
and objectives of the project. In addition, the project officer is accountable
for the internal and external communication flow and support in administrating
the project activities on behalf of CL2B. The duties involve a wide range of
ensuring the communication flow internally within the company and to our
stakeholders to achieve the goals of our projects. Your tasks involved:
1.
Project planning
·
Participating in developing project proposals
and project documentation
2.
Project implementation
·
Complete desk & field research on national
& international strategies, plans regarding project
·
Assisting the project manager in coordinating,
monitoring, and guarding all project objectives and activities and being
pro-active in discussing the project progress and results with stakeholders
·
Independent writing of research reports and
prepare graphs, charts, tables and other visual data presentations as requested.
·
Assist project team in reviewing and
consolidating documents, materials, reports.
·
Participating in designing research/study,
collecting analysing data, translating document research findings together with
other project team members, partners and clients
·
Actively assist and participate in project
events (meetings/workshops/trainings)
·
Undertake other program administration tasks as
and when necessary
·
Perform other tasks as assigned by the project
manager and support project team upon request.
3. Reporting
·
Preparing meeting minutes of the project for
partner and clients
·
Updating to Project Manager the project
activities and any of changes which impact to the project implementation
Requirement
a. Education
A bachelor's degree preferably in Economic, Statistic
analysis, environmental management/science/ engineering or relevant studies
b. Knowledge & Skills
·
Highly motivated to work for the project
·
Excellent administrative and reporting skills,
attention to details
·
Basic understanding of and passionate with environmental
and social issues
·
Organizational and analytical skills,
problem-solving skills, creativity and ability to produce high-quality results
under time pressure
·
Good interpersonal skills
·
Experience in Microsoft Office applications and
appropriate organizational skills
·
Strong writing and communication skills in

Graduated or 1-2 years of relevant work
experience
·
Experience in NGO, or in community development,
including program/project implementation would be an advantage
·
Experience as a Project Assistant or in relevant
positions would be an advantage
