JOB DESCRIPTION
Our
Shark who Forbes recognized as one of the most successful foreign entrepreneurs
in Vietnam, is looking for a Business Communication Assistant to work alongside
with him.
Ideal
candidate is someone young and excellent in communication; eager to grow and
become the best business guru of this generation - by assisting him to connect
and manage business communication across Vietnamese teams in his portfolio.

Job
Descriptions:
-
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Shark and BODs, internal
departments of different portfolio businesses; demonstrating leadership to
maintain credibility, trust and support with low-mid-senior management staff.
-
Communicates / Translate directly and on behalf of Shark to ensure the best
outcomes of ideas and messages getting across to different parties.
-
Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners,
especially Vietnamese accounts, to build business opportunities from Shark's
connection.

Writing/ Translating EN-VN speeches or other materials for Shark to present at
companies' events, meetings, conferences.

Coordinating with sales & marketing staff across all portfolio companies to
maximize profits while maintaining sustainable growth following Shark's core
ideas and business core values.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in
English.

Translation and writing skills: Proficient in translating and writing English
to Vietnamese and vice versa.

Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with diverse teams,
including the Shark, board of directors, and internal departments.

Adaptability and willingness to learn: Motivated, young candidate eager to grow
and learn from the Shark, with the ability to adapt to different industries.

Sales and marketing coordination: Ability to coordinate with sales and
marketing staff across portfolio companies to maximize profits.

Bachelor's degree/On-going: Preferred in a relevant field such as business,
communication, or marketing.
