JOB DESCRIPTION
Propose event ideas based on requirements and approved budgets.
Carry out internal approval procedures for event organization.
Manage event execution, including on-site logistics, guest invitations, guest reception, and program coordination according to the approved agenda.
Handle payment procedures for event-related vendors.
Prepare post-event reports and send them to relevant stakeholders, including BUs, partners, and other related parties.
Represent FPT in discussing and proposing regular or ad-hoc event plans and implementation methods with brands, based on the approved budget.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female, under 30 years old.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
At least 02 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Good computer literacy.
Ability to act as an MC and deliver presentations at seminars.
Creative mindset, good aesthetic sense, and a positive attitude at work.
