I-Responsibilities:
Introduce, install and conduct user about the ATALINK application.
Support, handle customer's issues during using.
Coordinate and contact relevant departments to handle customer's requests.
Other tasks as required by line manager.
II-Essential Skills:
3rd & 4th student faculty in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or related areas.
Duration: at least 3 months; can work 4-5 days per week.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Quick and eager for learning, problem solving.
