Job Description
Collecting training needs, schedule and implement training courses and supporting all training activities for ECM Department
Working collaboratively with different business areas (Germany, India, Singapore, Japan...) and driving learning & development forward according to business needs;
Ensure all training activities are delivery
Managing and liaising directly with external training service providers/vendors;
Reporting on training activities;
Improving quality process;
Qualifications
4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent;
Being able to join full-time internship from Monday to Friday for 6 months;
Ability to well communicate both in English and Vietnamese;
Being well-organized and detail-oriented;
Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) in required;
Having analytical skills, coupled with decision making;
Having good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude;
Being able to work under high pressure, and prioritize workload with good time management;
Good negotiation and conflict management skills;
Having pro-activeness, service-excellence mind set, and positive thinking;
Being confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;
Striving for continuous improvement, developing people, teamwork, flexible thinking, building relationships.
