The role:
This position will support customers and all members of the sales team.
What you'll be doing:
Check messages from customers via email, hotline, and social [protected info] support to handle related issues
Assist in working with sales team/ CS team to check customers' information
Make the call to the old customers and support them if needed
Other requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from economics, business administration, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fields
Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation mindset
Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset
Understanding and using office information technology: work, excel... proficiently is an advantage
Be able to work full-time/part-time.
