JOB DESCRIPTION
Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners. Network in education is a plus
Work with some partners and affiliates to distribute ELSA's product to English centers and schools.
Understand customer and business needs to find go-to-market strategy.
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree, has understandings about channel development, in education - edtech is a plus
Has experience in teaching English is a plus
Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel, cross cultural communication, fluent in written and spoken English, self motivated.
Familiarity or adaptability with fast-paced startup environment
An "A-team" player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results
Tech-savvy, strategic-minded, diligent action taker, lifelong learner
