Site management, listing products, running e-com promotions in coordination with e-com platform representatives, responding to customer inquiry and post-sales customer service
Planning and developing appropriate product advertising content on e-commerce channels such as Lazada/Tiki/Shopee/Companies' site
Making reports, analysing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities on online channels and e -commerce platforms to ensure the results are in accordance with target goals
Applying digital marketing to e-commerce, including: keyword research; optimise shop/ product search on e -commerce platforms; running ads on e -commerce sites
Proposing new ideas, campaigns, advertising for products and services.
Coordinating with the Marketing team and updating the Landing Page monthly.
Understand the technical regulations of each digital channel to optimise content, images and advertising quality.
Managing budget for Digital Marketing activities.
Performing other tasks as requested
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-2+ years experience in e-commerce, specifically on Shopee/Tiki/Lazada. (experience working for international brands or tech products is a plus)
Good communication ability
Ability to use design software such as Photoshop for basic level editing (plus)
Teamwork ability and learning attitude
Have passion to develop in e-commerce field
Fluent English communication skill (speak Chinese is a plus)
