As a Product Operations Executive - a Battle Royale & Action game, you will be responsible for optimizing the gaming experience for the right audience and ensuring the long-term performance of the product in the market, details as follows:
In-game Event Operation:
Plan, configure, and execute the in-game event calendar to drive player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Write clear and engaging announcements for all in-game events and activities.
Product Monitoring & Analysis:
Track key game metrics (DAU, MAU, Retention, Monetization) and monitor server health to ensure a stable player experience.
Perform in-depth analysis of Vietnamese player behaviors, including gameplay patterns and spending habits, to identify local trends and opportunities.
Translate raw data and player insights into clear, actionable reports and data-driven recommendations for the development team.
Propose specific directions for game balancing, new features, in-game events, and monetization strategies tailored to increase player engagement and revenue in the Vietnamese market.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless player experience, especially during new updates and events.
Assist in testing new patches and features, providing feedback on localization quality and user experience.

Must-Haves:
Having experience in playing Action and Melee battle royale games is a must, and a passion for games.
A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of game economies and player psychology.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to communicate in English is a key requirement for working directly with the development team on product updates and bug reporting.
Good-to-Haves (Big Plus):
1 year of experience in game operations, product management, or community management for an online game.
The ability to read and understand Chinese documents is a significant advantage for quickly accessing and localizing product information.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization
