Role Objective:
• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to meet the requirements of Ops and its Franchisee Network
Job description:
• Efficiently secure the day-to-day supply of goods and services (time, cost and quality) for Franchisee (FS) Network.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) raised by FS for 3rd Party Purchases (3PP), review and approval per SOP.
• Monitor delivery according to requirements, and ensure reimbursement to FS by Finance
• Manage documentation (invoice, VAT, Bill of Materials) related to Purchase and Delivery.
• Handles 3PP order variations if required
• Ensure compliance with existing Contracts, involving relevant Ops managers where required
• Ensure compliance of the Ops SOP for FS to upload all 3PP to POS, with no exception
• Participate with Buymed team to review, perform market research and take action to ensure our products are market competitive
• Support all supply chain planning activities for Circa (including demand planning, production planning and supply planning) across all product lines
• Support the development of the demand plan creation by Marketing function, monitor accuracy and adherence to the standards and procedures
• Oversee management of FS inventory levels and monitoring in accordance with business targets, improve upper and lower inventory limit per FS
• Act as the "gateway" of the Sales & Operations (S&OP) meeting (BD, Ops and F/A), lead and steer the S&OP process to obtain consensus between demand and supply
• Ensure forecast accuracy and take necessary actions to improve accuracy
• Monitor overall supply chain service level performance and recommend improvement opportunities
• Develop reports and presentations in order to update Circa director and top management on the supply chain performance
• Support Ops and Head Office with supplier sourcing and contracting
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to meet the requirements of Operations and its Franchisee Network
• Expert ERP user, including an inventory system
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong quantitative skills
