WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Data Analytics
o Gather requirements, create detailed plans, and conduct data analysis projects.
o Centralize data from various platforms to fulfill the requested dashboard
o Be responsible for tasks related to BI processes: collecting data, creating models, creating data visualizations, and producing reports.
o Assist the management team in developing and maintaining a dashboard and visualization system for company operation monitoring.
o Develop a document to help users interpret the data story and data trend to support them in decision-making.
2. Training and Consulting
o Develop and implement a training program to improve the data analytics capacities of the team
o Be a trainer for the company about BI tools, data analytics methods, statistical tools
o Consult with data analysis solutions to other departments (employee survey analysis, service metrics analysis, etc.)
3. Others
o Support in implementing the weekly /monthly team reports, including but not limited: quantity, quality, special projects, compliments, complaints, etc. as requested to ensure the more accuracy of the annual reviewing
o Participate in technical training, engagement, and career orientation program (connect with and be assigned by Direct superior)
o Review and enhance the team's current processes
o Comply with the company policies, training programs, and meetings upon request.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
o Bachelor's Degree, major in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Management, or a related field
o From 1-3 years of experience in Data Analyst, or Business Analyst, or Business Intelligence position.
o High proficiency in SAP, SAC is preferable.
o Experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Minitab
o Statistical analytics skill
o Good communication skill and be able to tell the story with data
o Experience in Project Management with the ability to keep projects to meet deadlines is preferable
o Good communication in English
