Position: HR Intern

Responsibilities:
Assist HR specialists with tasks such as drafting documents, managing employee records, and inputting/updating HR data.
Handle HR-related activities, including organizing personnel files, preparing meeting rooms, setting up programs, and recording meeting minutes.
Research and stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Final-year student or graduate (within 1 year) with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect and engage with others.
Interest and knowledge in labor laws, insurance, and related regulations.
Proficiency in office software.
Basic English skills.
