JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist to do administration paperwork and document control
• Translate and interpret documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
• Take note and memos during meeting and do the meeting minutes
• Gather and input information, data, records; manage database and draft project reports
• Follow up, coordinate with other teams during the assigned project's execution and timely updateto direct manager• Study on facilities management, industrial practice and highlight key concerns and summarize thefindings
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh Graduates
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Work and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at data analysis
• Can do attitude; willing to learn
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
