Location: STAR Building - 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
Working time: Monday to Friday (8h30 - 17h30)
VỊ TRÍ 1: HR INTERN (INSURANCE)
Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing full
supports in term of administrative related tasks including documents &
filling for Insurance work.
1. Job
Description:
Follow up personal documents for insurance related issues and
document filing.
Input data into company software.
Scan/photocopy documents as requested.
Receive and send Health insurance cards and Social insurance
books as required by Insurance Consultants or authorities.
Visit Insurance Offices in HCMC and neighboring areas for
document submission and collection.
2. Requirements:
3rd/final year student or fresh graduated in English Language, Human
Resources, Business Administration, or other related majors.
Careful, detail-oriented, patient, supportive, eager to learn.
Ability to grasp problems quickly, a high level of
confidentiality.
Good at MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
Intermediate English skills (especially reading and writing
skills).
VỊ TRÍ 2: HR INTERN (HR OUTSOURCING SERVICES)
Job Summary: Interns of HR Outsourcing will be responsible for
doing activities related to contractors contain labor management, data input
and employee/ payroll profile management. Works closely with consultant and
contractors under closed supervision to produce services exactly and in a
timely manner.
1. Job
Description:
Support to follow up payment of clients.
Support to follow up payment to contractors (biz reimbursement).
Support activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding
and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Consultancy.
Answer inquiries from contractors.
Contact relevant internal departments for special request from
consultant/ line manager.
Perform administrative duties as assigned.
2. Requirements:
3rd/final year student or fresh graduated in HR, Business
Administration, Economics Law, English or other related majors.
Must have a high level of patience, confidentiality and customer-oriented mindset.
Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn.
Have communication, time management, organizational skills.
Good at MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
Intermediate English skills (especially reading and writing
skills).
