JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Intern will support the
Digital Marketing team in executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and TikTok platforms. The goal is to help expand customer reach, improve ad cost efficiency, and contribute to overall business objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in digital advertising and data analytics.
Job Requirement
Support in Ad Execution and Optimization:
Assist in setting up and configuring ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads under guidance.
Monitor daily campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPA, etc.).
Help implement minor optimizations such as bid adjustments, budget reallocations, and audience targeting.
Conduct basic keyword and audience research for upcoming campaigns.
Performance Measurement and Analytics:
Collect and consolidate campaign data from ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports based on defined KPIs.
Participate in analyzing data to identify trends, strengths/weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
Market and Competitor Research:
Research and stay updated on digital ad trends and platform algorithm changes.
Monitor competitors' advertising activities on digital channels.
Other Tasks:
Support other marketing activities as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
4th-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
Passionate about and oriented towards a career in Digital Marketing, especially Performance Marketing and Data Analytics.
Basic understanding or foundational knowledge of advertising on Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
Strong logical thinking and interest in working with data and charts.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and good problem-solving skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, responsible, and a good team player.
Familiar with basic office tools (Excel, PowerPoint/Google Sheets, Slides).
Basic English skills are a plus.

Identify and approach potential content partners, including YouTube creators and channels in music, film, lifestyle, travel, and more.
Build and execute partnership strategies to expand POPS' multi-channel network (MCN) and drive revenue growth.
Content building :
Provide strategic consulting on content development and channel growth to help partners reach wider audiences.
Strengthen POPS' reputation in the digital content industry by maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers, brands, and other stakeholders on platforms like YouTube.
REQUIREMENTS
Year 4th or Freshman in Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Business Administration, Media, Social Media
Can intern from 3-6 months
Passionate and knowledgeable about social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Are deadline-driven, can thrive under pressure, and preferably have experience or a background in marketing.
Strong communication skills and a passion for working in a dynamic media environment Excellent persuasion and problem-solving abilities
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A keen eye for trending content, entertainment news, and pop culture
Honest, transparent, and highly responsible in all tasks
