1) Billing Accountant Full Time ( 8 months contract)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage billing process for all of kinds of sales
- Check and upload meter reading, release invoice in time, prompt and accurate.
- Collect full document package and manage deal closing promptly and accurately based on company procedure.
- Key in and manage all service contracts in the system and submit price plan timely, exactly prior 10th of following month.
- Feedback customer and internal queries quickly & minimize the shortcoming in further.
- Follow strictly the accounting entries posting such as cost center, account code and product code.
- VAT output report
- Provide contract information to Business Planning team for counting incentive for sales.
- Send explanation for VAT and aging discrepancy.
- Other tasks assigned from manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• College or University graduation, major in Accounting/ Finance
• Verbal and written communication in English capability
• Welcome Fresh Graduate
• Good communication & time management skills
• Attention to details
• Accuracy, reliable, high responsibility
• Good in using MS Office (Excel, Word...)
• Teamwork & supportive
• Hard-working and work well under high pressure.

2) Solution Consultant Full Time
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Adhere to follow FujiFilm Business Innovation transition and project management
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, assigned geography or account base
• Take a solution products responsibility (maybe cross-functional, cross-organization, cross service, involving 3rd parties) to propose and/or delivery to the customer
• To analyze and to qualify requirements from customer and to propose solution that meet the customer's business requirements
• Solution presentation and documentation to customer
• Work with customer and Fujifilm Business Innovation teams (delivery management, delivery manager, staffing, infrastructure/tools, etc.) to handover and manage projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participates in technical discovery, kick-off meetings with customers
• Responsible to resolve and/or to propose acceptable solutions for technical issues faced during proposing and delivery of solutions/services.
• Drive strategies to minimize problems related to proposed solutions
• Manage and deploy Prove of Concept to customer, responsible for managing quality, delivery time, cost of project and leading them to success
• Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• A detailed technical and customer-relevant understanding of all provided solutions
• Ability to engage internal and external customers quickly and professionally to deliver a superlative customer experience
• Strong customer management skills
• Continuously develop and maintain excellent skills within the business solutions domain in FBVN.
• Ability of utilizing common language and a communication style tailored to the receiver's level of understanding
• Strong communication skills - spoken, written and presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English fluently - speaking, listening, and writing
• Min 3 years of experience in IT environment
• Min 1 years of experience in working as pre/post-sales role
• Experience in working in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment... is preferred
• Knowledge of general Computer Network, Operating Systems, Virtualization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technology certifications

3) Direct Sales (Digital Production Printer) Full Time
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Production printer sales representative (Direct sales for digital production printer)
· Manage a portfolio of customers
· Find potential customers via direct sales visits
· Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to
its maximum potential, and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
· Support relevant activities to expand Production Printing business
· Responsible for sale target.
· Report to Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree
- Age 22 -30
- Having experience in direct sales in printing industry or graduate in printing industry is preferable
- Good communication skills, presentation ability and high persuasive competency.
- Target-oriented and capable to work under high pressure
- Proactive, keen to improvement.
- Very good at English
- Team player
- Higher IT literacy
