1. Recruitment & Talent Pipeline (85%)
Support end-to-end recruitment process for mass-hiring positions (Salesman, Field Operation).
Post job advertisements on online recruitment channels (e.g., Joboko, Joboko, social media,...)
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews based on defined criteria.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and update recruitment reports, candidate status tracking, and hiring dashboards.
2. Administrative Support (15%)
Handle recruitment documentation (e.g., candidate profiles, test results, interview forms).
Assist in managing candidate flow through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or Excel tracker.
Perform other tasks assigned by the TA Team Leader or
HR Manager.

Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong interest in recruitment, especially in high-volume / frontline hiring.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks & eager to learn.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Able to work at least 5 days per week.
Experience with field sourcing or social media recruitment is an advantage.
