As a Commercial Operations Representative, you will be responsible for:
Developing & coordinating proposals for OFSE bids with customers and ensures on-time submission and the highest level of quality.
Preparing the winning bid in alignment with Baker Hughes' financial objectives.
Coordinating with all Product Lines in preparation of tenders/biddings/quotations and submission to clients in compliance with their policy and approval matrix.
Managing commercial processes requiring involvement of stakeholders both at the client side and internal side (Product Lines, legal, HSE, finance, etc.).
Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment.
Controlling and monitoring the renewal/extension/release of Bid Bond/Bank Guarantee under Tenders/Contracts as requested by clients.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or relevant fields.
Have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Proposal Sales, Sales and/or Commercial, Commercial Operations in Oilfield Services, Oil & Gas, or relevant industries.
Demonstrate good computer skills and be familiar with MS Office programs.
Be a good communicator and be fluency in English & Vietnamese is required.
Show communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Have a positive attitude and be willing to work effectively with people from multiple cultures, backgrounds and functions.
