JOB DESCRIPTION
Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to BOD (Board of Directors)
Issue project cost reports for review and approval
Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
Manage company tax compliance
Invoices, check and record payment
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduates
Good English written and verbal communication
Excellent teamwork, eagerness to learn and a "can-do" attitude
Adaptability to work quickly/efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Availability to join a 4-month on-site full-time internship in Hồ Chí Minh City (a few days off to complete your study are acceptable)

Support recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as: Job description, Job Posting, tests & interviews procedure, contact candidates, build database
Source of CVs management: find out the best network for source development
Keep good relationship with potential/junior candidates in order to develop a good resume database
Responsible for building and managing external relationships with talents in the back office area.
Responsible for developing through internet searches, networking, and cold calling the generated talent to develop strong qualified candidate pool.
Leverage existing partnership with key universities, students organizations, professional associations, job fair
