Job Description
1. Administrative & Documentation Support
Assist in receiving, sorting, and filing labor contracts and personnel documents.
Track contract expiration dates and prepare renewal notices.
Manage the physical and digital filing systems to ensure data privacy and easy retrieval.
2. Timekeeping & Social Insurance
Support the daily monitoring of timekeeping records (checking logs, handling leave requests).
Coordinate with the team to process health insurance cards for new employees.
3. Data Processing & Reporting
Input and update employee information in system or master tracking files.
Support the C&B team in cleaning and processing data for monthly payroll or internal audits.
Assist in generating basic HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) using Excel.
4. Other Duties
Support HR events and employee engagement activities as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to commit at least 6 months for the internship.
