Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. You will play a critical role in executing our content strategy and implementing tenant acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills both written and verbally and a "Can Do" attitude that meet our fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, operation team and strategic partners and gain valuable experience. If you are a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow, we believe you are a good fit for our Marketing Intern position.
In this role, you will:
Assist with the development, execution and alignment of content marketing campaigns with our business strategy, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with internal and external team on producing highly qualified content, photography and graphic visuals of relevant topics.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform content strategy.
Assist the team with event operation and event photography to ensure critical moments are captured for content production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
About you

Third-year/last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities.
Able to commit to part/time or full-time work for the next six months.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a preference for experience in content planning and execution.
Knowledge of marketing principles and tactics within the hospitality, real estate leasing, B2B, or related industries.
Experience in event planning and operations, and working with multiple stakeholders, is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Good time-management skills, able to meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks.
Photography skills a bonus.
