SFE (-60% of time):
Data Consolidation (quarterly)
Sales target: to consolidate feedback from DM, Rep level
MSL target: to consolidate feedback from DM/DKSH (due to store close or lack of license)
Customer classification for: Wholesalers, Chain, Hospital, : to consolidate from DM (DKSH only sell customer classification for Pharmacy/Retailer, the rests is manually)"
Territory feedback: to consolidate feedback from DM
Data Quality Checking (quarterly)
To make sure territory master data is clean & clean (especially for shared territory)
Data quality checking for chain store (it is out of scope of BOS), Chain sends data directly to our sales team
Master Data (daily/weekly)
Support to build & clean master data for all channels: Retailer, Hospital, Chain
Ensure master data is well updated and store in SQL server (if can)
Other Tasks (ad-hoc)
Supporting in calculating sales contest program (calculate performance)
Ad hoc data/reporting
Business Intelligence (-20% of time):
Perfect store tracing: collaboration with the Trade team and vendors to track the visibility and distribution of our CHC products in stores.
RTZ tracking: expand tracking to include the total channel, including Lactacyd and Hospital (on top of current dashboard covering Retail channel only)
Assisting in market research activities, including competitor analysis and trend monitoring
SFA (-20% of time):
Data governance: Consolidating data from source systems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce Apps, Marketing Analytics, etc.) and 3rd parties (IQVIA, IMS, Nielsen, etc.).
Data profiling: Creating a data dictionary with clear definitions, possible values, information on how the data was collected and how it relates to other data. Maintain contact with stakeholders and update any changes based on the format to ensure that the data is always in good shape.
