JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose or Summary
CRM Specialist will support CRM Department on the execution of Pharmacity CRM campaign & user growth, all member activities planning and campaigns management.
Main Responsibilities
1. CRM Campaigns planning
In charge of planning and delivering CRM execution aligning with the CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
Lead full campaign process including: Analysis, Planning, Visuals, Execution & Review (report).
Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure delivering the execution of CRM campaigns on time with effectiveness.
Tech & Data driven to quickly adapt/ learn & utilize systems.
Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for loyal customers.
Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
Initiatives on new tactics/approaches to drive quick performance (sales, engagements,..)
2. CRM operation
Collaborate with other stakeholders to effectively manage Salesforce and related CRM Systems with some highlight responsibilities:
Marketing Automation Control & Management
EDM management: Design and implement direct email marketing campaign.
Product Recommendation & Personalization.
3. Process paperwork and payments.
4. Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
5. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related studies.
Good at English.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft AX, other Digital systems & dashboards.
1.5 to 2 years of working experience working with sales dashboards/ Data analytics in the related position.
Data-oriented work experience with good analytical capabilities is a plus.
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint capabilities.
Experience in CRM systems and Marketing platforms.
Highly detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Effective verbal & written communication.
Trend catcher on Techs/News/Lifestyle to support for MKT ideas & CRM ideas.
