1. Job Description
a/ Marketing Event Planing & Execution
To work closely with PM/ MM to develop detailed event plan for key brands, including local
symposium & congresses, overseas congresses, consumer educational events & activation...
To prepare and submit for approval of required documents for event logistics, speaker profile,
CAFs, sponsorship-speaker contracts...Create all required e-docs for approval of marketing
events/ activation
To work closely with related agency and support PM/MM in campaign development, ensure
design and logistics arrangement of marketing events are well managed, such as event
concepts & materials, hotel & travel arrangement, event registration, hand out, POSM...
Collect feedback about events and report to marketing team to understand the perceptions of
participants
Post event evaluation, liquidation and payment follow up
Follow and update plans and budget every month
b/ Other Supports
Support in preparing/ consolidating/ follow up relevant reports & tracking system
Execute POS & premium developments, usage guidelines and stock management
Creation of purchase orders, cheque requisitions, receipt invoices and liaise with finance regarding payments of accounts and invoice enquiries
Manage delivery, warehousing and co-work with sales assistant to follow up promotional materials from marketing team to Sales team
Track and evaluate performance of relevant project as required, analyze results and revise program elements to improve results, as necessary
Support on budget management to ensure timely performance of activities according to set budgets
Prepare meetings, coordinate cross functional meeting, participate in team meetings and minutes taking
General administrative for HOM as required.
2. Requirements (education background and needed competencies)
Undergraduate
Fluency in English, both writing and speaking
Pay attention to details, good at Excel, PPT and numbers
Dynamic, outgoing, and good communicator
Good problem solving and Fast learner
Available to work full time.
