JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling
contracts, acceptant minutes (AM), and other necessary documents.
Making
reservations and tracking bookings.
Following
up with relevant departments on pending tasks.
Finding potential customers
to set up meetings and send quotations.
Performing
additional duties as assigned by the Sales Leader/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Open to fresh graduates, no prior experience required.
Strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, and
adaptability.
Good communication skills, open-minded, proactive, and quick in
handling tasks.
Willing to learn, careful, and detail-oriented in work.
Having a proactive sales mindset and customer-oriented thinking
is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, etc.).
Able to use basic to
intermediate Excel formulas and functions for daily work tasks.
