Recruitment Consultant Intern
Job description:
We are looking for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT INTERN to assist Recruitment Consultant team in recruitment process and achieve our business goals.
Working under a recruitment team to perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing and contact candidates, conducting interviews.
Formating CVs of candidates before sending to freeC's clients. Headhunting.
Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirement.
Available experience in Headhunt Service Company/ IT Recruiter/ IT Researcher/ IT Sourcing/ Job Posting Sales
Fluent English; Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese is big plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible.
Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels
