JOB DESCRIPTION
We
are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to support the Garmin sports
community and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion
for sports, a creative eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a
willingness to support administrative and paperwork tasks. This role will provide hands-on
experience in various aspects of sports marketing, community engagement, event
planning, and office administration.
Community Engagement:
-
Support supervisor in executing community sports events and activities.
- Weekly & monthly management of community social content.
-
Monitor and respond to community feedback.
- Work closely with Garmin Run
Club Core team to manage group's performance.
Marketing Support:
-Research,
analysis and Track marketing data supporting Garmin VN Campaigns
-Support in campaigns management, logistics,
administration, payment, reporting...
Administrative Support:
-
Handle general office duties, vendor code applications, agreements, and
payments.

Allocate POSM for stores and source new manufacturers.
-
Other ad-hoc tasks requested from supervisor and other team members
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
- Good in English
and Vietnamese speaking.

Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a
related field.

Availability to work full-time 5 days a week

Design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for sports and community engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
