JOB DESCRIPTION
1. RMA & Logistics Support
· Track customer pickup schedules and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely item collection.
· Assist in receiving, unboxing, inspecting, and logging returned devices (smartwatches and accessories) into the system.
· Package and prepare processed or replacement devices for outbound shipping to service partners or end-customers according to standard guidelines.
2. Customer Communication & Delivery Support
· Follow up with customers to resolve inbound pickup issues (delays, incorrect addresses, or unreachable senders) and notify them when switching logistics providers.
· Contact customers directly to discuss product replacement or model change options for warranty resolution.
· Coordinate the resolution of undelivered E-Commerce orders affected by shipment delays, address errors, or failed contact attempts to arrange successful re-delivery
3. Inventory Control
· Perform
monthly stock counts, reconcile physical items with tracking systems, and
ensure products are properly organized and labeled
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Requirement:
· Attributes: Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible regarding goods and data accuracy
· Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and active listening skills; adaptable in handling phone/email inquiries
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Basic
proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
