Senior Travel Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage each band and venue as a unique project, from initiation to completion
Coordinate and manage the logistics of musician travel from origin to destination.
Liaise with luxury hotels and venues across Asia for accommodation and performance arrangements.
Oversee visa application processes, working closely with visa agents in various countries.
Ensure all travel and accommodations align with the company's budget and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with multiple bands (up to 3-4 simultaneously) to manage travel schedules and requirements.
Continually assess and refine operational processes for efficiency
Create and maintain a conducive working environment in the District 7 office
Stay updated on trends and regulations related to travel and logistics
Compile and submit reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience (2-3 years) in travel, entertainment, leisure, or a related field
Prior experience in managing projects of any nature or scale
Ability to work under pressure and handle simultaneous projects
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions
Tech-savvy and adept at optimizing operational processes
Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for the finer points in planning and execution.
Comfort with administrative responsibilities, not shying away from routine tasks and understanding their importance in the larger scheme of operations
Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
