As a Social Media and Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in developing, planning, and executing Sony Music's marketing and social media strategy.
This position will play a key role in supporting the team in various marketing functions including generating ideas and developing pitches, collaborating with content creators and fan communities, and aligning efforts with Sony Music's artists' releases.
What you'll do:
Manage departmental and project-specific tasks, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
Handle general responsibilities such as preparing documents for weekly meetings, ad-hoc meetings, and reports.
Assist the marketing team in managing social media accounts, including Sony Music's YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
Coordinate influencer marketing efforts, monitor press coverage, and track music chart performance.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, assist with asset creation, design work, and help curate pitch decks.
Act as a liaison and assist with logistics during live events or video shoots.
Provide general support for the marketing department as needed.
Who you are:
Passion and good knowledge of current trends and development in the music industry.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in any relevant field.
Candidates studying Communications, Marketing or Music will have a distinct advantage and are highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
