JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Social Media Specialist , you will primarily focus on video editing using Adobe Premiere, Canva, or other editing tools, and will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will create a comprehensive social media plan and generate reports to track performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle video editing using Adobe Premiere, Canva, or other editing tools
Create consistent, meaningful content for the blog, job listing platforms and across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok
Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity
Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Serve as the videographer during events at the work location
Manage the company's Youtube channel
Assist with graphic design tasks, including creating flyers, brochures, and Canva design
Track the performance of each social media post/campaign using UTM parameter
Stay up to date with the latest trends relevant to Gen Z
Identify and analyse the company's market target

REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
2-3 years of experience in videography and video editing
2-3 years of experience in social media experience including planning, writing and managing content
Experience with graphic design, brochure design
Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
Experience with UTM parameter and SEO is a plus
Creative and skilled in storytelling
Fluency in English is a must
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
