JOB DESCRIPTION
Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Screen potential employees' CV to figure out appropriate candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Prepare and send offer and rejection emails to candidates.
Track test forms from candidates and report for superior everyday.
Other ad-hoc HR tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Junior or senior students who are keen on HR Management.
Prone to work at least full-time 3-day workweek.
Proficient in English communication.
Be proactive and diligent in work time.
