Planning & Implementing Promotions for B&H Brands
Plan and coordinate promotional programs for B&H brands to achieve revenue goals through promotions.
Control the budget allocated to each brand on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Confirm the promotional budget for each month/quarter with the finance department and submit the program for approval each month.
Notify government departments about promotions to ensure that all programs are conducted with valid licenses.
Coordinate with brands to prepare plans to ensure programs run on time and achieve revenue targets.
Work with the communication department to promote the programs.
Collaborate with the training department to communicate and guide the best tips for executing the program effectively.
2.Reporting & Evaluation
Monitor and update reports for each program to provide timely support.
Report the monthly and quarterly promotional budgets.
Summarize and evaluate the effectiveness of each program.
Summarize and evaluate the effectiveness of each month, each quarter, and the yearly summary.
3.Monitoring & Managing Promotional Goods
Monitor and manage the budget allocated for each brand's promotional activities.
Monitor and manage the promotional products for each brand.
Plan for the production of domestic promotional goods when necessary.
4.Other Tasks
Respond and assist with any inquiries from the store network regarding program details or any issues during implementation.
Coach stores and gather promotional information from competitors to learn and develop better strategies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Participate in joint projects for the company.
Any other tasks assigned by superiors.
