JOB DESCRIPTION
· Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to join our program
· Build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to ensure their continued engagement and success
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive affiliate performance
· Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure that our affiliate program is aligned with business goals and user needs
· Create and distribute regular reporting on affiliate program performance and ROI
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our affiliate program remains competitive and innovative
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry
· Fluent in English
· Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and best practices
· Demonstrated success in growing and managing affiliate networks
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Knowledge about cryptocurrency

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that align with business and user goals
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities to inform design decisions
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions
· Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across our platform
· Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
· Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices
· Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our platform remains cutting-edge
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
· Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process
· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
· Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
· Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Knowledge about cryptocurrency
