JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented AP & AR Accountant to join our Finance team. This role supports
daily accounting operations related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Fresh graduates with a solid foundation in accounting are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
Process and verify supplier invoices and supporting payment documents.
Prepare bank payment instructions and ensure timely execution of payments.
Monitor accounts payable balances and assist in preparing payment proposals.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Reconcile revenue and accounts receivable with the Sales/Business team.
General Accounting Support
Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents and records.
Assist in the preparation of periodic accounting and financial reports.
Support the Chief Accountant with daily accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or part-time accounting experience (advantage).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
Able to communicate in spoken and written English.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Willingness to learn and able to work effectively in a team.
