JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure customer inquiries are responded to and resolved within the agreed-upon timeframes.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and confirm customer satisfaction.
Track, manage, and record customer information, update the status of orders and related issues, and ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented.
Engage with customers based on feedback or historical data to identify potential issues before they arise.
Support new customers in navigating products or services and understanding the value offered.
Adhere to established protocols for managing customer interactions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Regularly report to the Customer Experience Manager on job status, issues, and improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENT:
Experience in customer service, with a preference for those familiar with CRM systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for process improvement and enhancing customer experience.

Salary: 7,000,000 vnđ/month
