Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company
Procuring new clients through cold-calling, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with other teams.
Initiate sales approach and develop sales volume/ KPI to international markets, including U.S.A, Australia and Europe
Be able to work in B2B sector, including company's BPO/ outsourcing services, such as Photo and Video Editing, Data Entry, Customer Services, Finance and Accounting services
Create Individual Sales Plan to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly target
Handle and solve complaints from individual customer pipeline regarding to product quality, delivery time, debt collection
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Coordinate with Operations to complete the service and meet the customers' expectation
Skills and other requirements:
Has > 3 years working experience in sales, B2B experience is a plus
Proven professional selling skills and being sales-oriented
Excellent command of English
Able to work under high pressure
Self-motivated, open-minded and result-driven, skillful in speaking, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Willing to learn & act proactively to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team
