JOB DESCRIPTION
At IRisCreative, you won't be confined to a single format. You will be coached on real-world client projects to become a Versatile Content Creator:
Multi-Format Content Creation:
Social & Community: Brainstorm visual concepts, write captions, and adapt content for Fanpages, Community Groups, Shorts/Reels, etc.
PR & Articles: Learn to craft PR articles, media interviews, press releases, and SEO-optimized website articles.
Video Scripts: Develop creative scripts for short-form video content and brand storytelling videos.
Community Engagement & Amplification:
Monitor social listening insights, manage brand conversations, and foster positive, organic community interactions.
Support coordination with KOLs, Influencers, and brand ambassadors.
Research & Reporting: Track digital media trends, analyze competitors, and monitor content performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English Literature/Linguistics, or related fields. Full time working.
Strong writing skills, adaptable vocabulary, and the ability to adjust "tone & mood" across different brand personalities.
A passion for digital trends; genuine interest in Automotive, Tech, or Lifestyle sectors is a major plus.
Good command of English (reading comprehension and basic copywriting/drafting).
Familiarity with design and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop is a plus.
Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Projects preparation:
Prepare creative brief
Receive brief, prepare meeting minute
Take part in internal meeting to follow work & develop ideas for the project
Support prepare proposal
Projects execution:
Support prepare to execute projects with quality, accuracy & timeliness
Support prepare timeline, deliver task & deadline for internal team
Collect hot trends & new media channel, platform
QC supplier. Contact & work with media booking, filmer, photographer, PG/MC, freelancer, influencer before-during event
Prepare campaign report, campaign analysis
Report issues & complaints quickly & effectively & suggest solutions to Account Supervisor
Other tasks as assigned by Account Supervisor
Project administration
Tracking cost for the campaign in charged
Prepare cost & payment schedule for supplier (expected) to HR & Operations
Manage social media platform
REQUIREMENTS
o Education: Final year/ Graduate in communications, integrated marketing, journalism, diplomatics, foreign trade
o Experience:
Comparable experience is advantage
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
Experience in IMC (include PR, digital ads, influencers,...)
o Qualification
Manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Content planning. Write and edit PR articles, press releases, website content, social media content, and branded storytelling pieces.
Develop content outlines and scripts for review videos, social media videos, product showcases, and campaign films.
Support creative concept development for video productions, commercials, and branded content projects.
Translate and adapt press releases, product information, and marketing materials from English to Vietnamese while maintaining brand tone and messaging.
Support content localization for global and regional campaigns to suit the Vietnamese market.
Research industry trends, market insights, and audience behavior to support content planning.
Work closely with strategists, designers, account teams, and external partners to execute campaigns.
Monitor media coverage, online conversations, and campaign performance.
Support social listening and media monitoring activities to track brand sentiment and audience discussions.
Analyze audience feedback, sentiment, and key content metrics to identify actionable insights and content opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in Content Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Strong writing and storytelling skills in Vietnamese.
Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to translate and adapt content naturally for local audiences.
Experience writing PR articles, press releases, video scripts, review scripts, or branded content.
Ability to transform technical product information into clear, engaging, and consumer-friendly content.
Basic understanding of media monitoring, social listening, and content performance metrics.
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Interest in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or technology brands is a strong advantage.
