Mô tả công việc
- Support the Digital Marketing team in managing and developing content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating and adapting social media content, including captions, short-form videos, photos and basic visual materials, in line with brand guidelines.
- Research social media trends, content formats, trending topics, hashtags and competitor activities to support content planning.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, promotions and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing basic reports on reach, engagement, views and other key metrics.
- Assist with community management by monitoring comments, messages and interactions on social media channels.
- Perform other marketing and digital-related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content Creation.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats; able to identify engaging and relevant content ideas.
- Good writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools are an advantage.
- Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and supporting events, photoshoots or content production when required.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, marketing or a related internship is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content Creation.
