COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Kaya is our product manufactured in our manufacturing plant in Singapore. It's a coconut milk and egg jam that can be used as a spread for bread and used as a key condiment in fine patisseries, bakery, and other food processing factories.
Our factory is HACCP certified manufacturing facility located in Singapore and our products are manufactured through strict QC standards and food safe. We use only fresh coconut milk and eggs as the base ingredients to create this popular jam which has more than one hundred years of history. It does not hold any preservatives, addictive, and artificial coloring. High nutritional value, rich in protein that is good for people of all ages.
Currently, our products are exported and available in South Korea, Myanmar, China, Japan, and more countries.
We are proud to bring this product into Vietnam to share with the Vietnamese customers.
Kaya Spread International Pte. ltd was established in 1984 in Singapore. Kaya is a product manufactured in our manufacturing plant in Singapore. JOB DESCRIPTION
Employ food tech methods and innovative kitchen equipment to develop ready-to-heat / ready-to-cook products
Develop products from recipes and create systems/processes for products
Learn Hands-on experience in learning the backend operations processes to deliver products professionally and with quality
Learns simple skills in developing menu items from drinks and food
Learn southeast asian regional food and conduct market research to create new products
Understand and learn food costing calculations and the accounting management of a food business
Any other learning regarding the food business to achieve sustainability and scalability
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess an interest in the food business, retail operations, and cooking/beverage preparations.
IELTS 6.5 and above
Must have completed your final year and finished your thesis
Good thinking and a proactive attitude are MUST have
A daredevil attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
The ability to prepare and present is an advantage
