JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop standard operations procedures product and services for Kaya House Coffee
· Execute audit function at retail level
· Develop training material and execute training for Kaya House satff
· Work closely with R&D on new product SOP
· Assist in any other operations function when required by director
· To learn and be hands on on to deliver operations sop
· To be able to cover shift work at retail level with competency when needed
· To be able to work weekends under five a days works planning
REQUIREMENTS
3rd year/final year student or completed a program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related majors
Can using Microsoft Office .
Preference will be given to candidates with data analysis and reporting skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the F&B field is an advantage.
Can communicate in English
Have a personal computer

· To conduct new product development work and provide recommendations with planning and schedule for Director
· To formulate recipe, costing, standard preparation procedure and presentation pf each product
· To guide and build a product training kit with the operations trainer
· To unkeep the research and development room and be responsible for the functionality / maintenance of all equipments and product inventory
· To conduct training for new product for managers
· To assist the director in any other tasks allocated when necessary
· Learn to use food technology equipments
· To learn and be hands on on to deliver operations sop
· To be able to cover shift work at retail level with competency when needed
And o be able to work weekends under a five days works planning
REQUIREMENTS
· Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
· Good thinking and proactive attitude are MUST have
· A daredevil attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

• Summarize input & output invoices and send them to Tax Accounting
• Monitor financial reports from tax accounting monthly, ensuring items are accurate according to the data provided
• Monitor and check tax declarations made by Tax Accountants and pay taxes that the company needs to pay...
• Perform banking transactions (transfer payments, collect full subsidiary books...)
• Monitor, check and prepare inventory reports at the end of each month
• Prepare, print and close books of receipts, payments, other documents...
• Maintain complete and scientific information records of the company....
• Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, cash flow according to the provided template....
• Carry out assigned financial, accounting & tax related tasks according to reasonable abilities...
REQUIREMENTS
Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
Proficient in Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
