Main responsibilities:
Assist with various stages of the recruitment and hiring process:
Support resume and application screening in the applicant tracking system to identify potential candidates.
Support the coordination of candidate assessments and communications
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Update employee information and HR documents in the Cadena HRM system and ensure proper tracking and filing of hard copy records.
Participate in supporting HR-related events and employee engagement activities.
Track and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Third or final-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Strong passion and interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
