JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop an effective customer approach strategy to determine the main point of the project.
Exploiting, managing information, and coordinating the team of interior projects.
Handling problems that arise during the project implementation.
Take care and respond to customers proactively
Update the project status.
Prepare Bidding documents
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for business, and modern communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Priority is given to similar positions in the office furniture industry
Ability to manage, coordinate, and organize work well.
Good communication skills, building trust with others.
Ability to present, especially present Bidding Documents.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview the team performance with the line manager to help grow the business: coordinate with other departments to optimize the dashboard and be able to read/analyze it to provide consultation for business strategies
Internal relations: represent the team to communicate with other departments
Continually improve the processes
Manage the sequencing project
Assist Operations activities
Other assigned tasks upon request
Work directly with COO/Head of Operations and assist in all operations activities
REQUIREMENTS
Senior or final-year university student or fresher
Demonstration of responsibility, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
A team player, attentive to details
Be proactive and have a customer-centric mentality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Advanced in English and Vietnamese
