Job Description:
Work directly with the General Director on factory operations and process improvement projects.
Support data collection and analysis related to production performance.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with various departments to track progress and ensure timely reporting.
Participate in internal meetings and prepare operational reports.
Requirements:
Undergraduate student (preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields).
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Good English communication skills.
Eager to learn and interested in manufacturing operations.
