JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting lawyers on matters
related to FDI, labor, commercial law, M&A and other legal matters
(including delivering documents
to the governmental authorities for various licensing)

Drafting and reviewing
legal documents in English
and Vietnamese
-
Translating of documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa
-
Other tasks as assigned
by supervisors from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
-
Graduated from a Law
Faculty of a Vietnamese university
-
Having lawyer training
certificate or being an attendance of such course
-
Being excellent at English
-
Being able to work
independently and
proactively
