JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts in the hospitality/travel industry and developing strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their marketing and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with them
Manage and oversee client projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and strategies
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to clients
Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation, and work with clients to develop and implement new projects and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in account management, marketing, or related field (preferred but not necessary)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
A sense of responsibility and ownership in ensuring work is completed promptly and deadlines are always met
A commitment to excellent client and commercial outcomes

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Digital Operations Intern to join our team and assist in the management and execution of digital marketing projects for our clients in the hospitality and travel industry. In this role, you will be exposed to various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, paid ads, account management, and administrative work.
Responsibilities:
Support the team in social media management by creating content calendars, developing social and video content, overseeing implementation, and assisting community management on client projects
Conduct research and analyze competitor marketing and digital content to suggest new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content where applicable
Design and create marketing collaterals such as social media assets, Instagram stories, online marketing banners, etc. using Canva tools
Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement
Assist in the setup of paid media campaigns on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Google Search, Display
Support the team in building performance reports
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the team lead

REQUIREMENTS
