MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Plan and execute marketing activities across online and offline channels (Facebook, website, events, workshops, etc.)
Manage and develop content for social media platforms and marketing materials
Support running and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate potential leads
Engage with customers on online platforms and coordinate with the Sales team for lead conversion
Assist in organizing events, seminars, and student recruitment activities
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure effective marketing execution
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar roles is a plus
Good communication and content writing skills
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, or Google tools is an advantage
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
Good English skills (reading and writing) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Provide consultation to potential clients on study abroad programs, pathways, and visa options
Collaborate with Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rate
Update customer data in CRM system and track sales performance
Report KPIs (leads, consultations, conversion rate, revenue)
Suggest improvements to sales processes and customer experience
Receive and manage leads from Marketing and internal sources
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable study plans
Follow up, handle objections, and convert leads into enrolled clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the journey (consultation → enrollment → application)
Ensure a professional customer experience to increase conversion and referrals
Coordinate with Processing team to hand over client files after closing
Monitor application progress and update clients regularly
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Consulting, or Customer Service (experience in education/study abroad is a strong advantage)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Proactive, responsible, and results-driven
Able to work under KPI pressure and sales targets
Basic English proficiency (preferred)
