Who We Seek - (Senior) Content Executive
To support brand translate brand's story, implement brand's communication plan into contents like Social organic post, PR articles, Ads content, etc..., which can sorted out branding & deliver business goals. seek experienced content strategists who can create, curate and syndicate content to increase brand awareness and conversation rates.
This role requires creativity and logical thinking, particularly data-driven for measurement & analytic.
Plus, being interested in cosmetics and writing are a plus to execute various brand social media tactics including: assets sourcing/ creating, content planning - monitoring - producing - tracking to support ongoing paid/ organic campaigns.
Content production that results in analytical and qualitative insights to develop strategic social content in line with communication plan.
Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement communication plan -> Develop the multiple pieces of content & creatives (without any limitation about text, video, photo, image...) to multi communication channels (FB fanpages & group, story, IG, livestream ideas, publisher websites, Retailer's Social Digital Platform to some extent).
Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and monitor a wide range of materials production -> Including producing content/ design for branding awareness, ads commercial-focused, press release, articles, KOL's content direction, product information need to be translated into social messages/ banner tagline ideas, commercial storytelling, e-commerce platform newfeeds (Feed on Lazada named Dạo,...)
In charge of creating and maintaining content calendars, style guides, frameworks and migration plans to meet brand awareness building & conversion objective. Be responsible for managing freelancers, maintaining budgets to ensure execution on schedule.
Track social post performance and engagement and take key learning through campaign/ monthly report. Initiatives are required to be included.
A firm understanding of user experience and strong search practice (SEO & (SEM) to drive user engagement and raise brand awareness -> Minigames & engagement activities ideas.Monitor social content performance, consumers insights and facilitate engagement with users by using social media analyzing, tracking tools to measure, test and suggest ways to increase content performance in particular and brand social media indicators related in general (increase of followers/ interaction/ reach...)
To keep up to date with current market trends and apply them to the content in line with brand guideline, technical policies and best practice.

Experienced and passionate in Beauty Cosmetics, Content/Editor/Copy Writer for Skincare/MU who can write up meaningful and consumer insightful story-telling
Outstanding communication & writing skills;
Extensive knowledge about internet governance and digital & social media in Vietnam;
Logical thinking, data driven, diligent & fast learner, well organized
Have the ability to fulfill content plan with consumer insight, social monitoring, business mindset
Detail attention with project management skill and multi-tasking
Ability to adapting to changing circumstances and re-prioritizing accordingly.
