Scope:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support both recruitment and HR operations. This role will
primarily focus on end to end hiring for internship positions, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, and contract
management.
In addition, the intern will contribute to HR administration, coordinate with vendors, and assist in daily HR operations to
ensure smooth and efficient processes in alignment with company policies and standards.
Job Descriptions:
Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
Manage end to end recruitment for all internship positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview
coordination, and offer management.
Support sourcing and pipeline building for selected entry level (fresher) positions.
Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure an efficient and structured hiring process.
HR Operation: Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including account setup (e.g., Lark), preparation of welcome kits,
and IT equipment allocation.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience aligned with company standards and policies.
Support offboarding procedures, including resignation documentation and distribute social insurance separate sheet
to employees.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
In charge of payroll calculation for all interns at DCV.
Monitor and maintain time attendance and leave records for all interns and Livestream Hosts (Shopee & TikTok Host
Livestreamers).
Employee Experiences & HR Admin
Organize and execute weekly employee engagement activities (e.g., Christmas, Year-End Party, Birthday Celebrations) and
take full ownership of weekly afternoon tea programs.
Admin Support: Manage office administrative tasks, including monitoring office access systems (check-in/check-out).
Coordinate and follow up on vendor invoices (e.g., Xanh SM, VNPT) and allocate corporate accounts across
departments.
Support business visa arrangements for employees when required
Support HR operations to ensure smooth HR processes and positive employee experience.
Other Ad hoc required from line manager
Job Requirements:
Final year student can work fulltime from Monday to Friday in 6 months
Proactive, strong learning agility, result-oriented, fast learner, willing to learn.
Proficiency English communication, good Chinese is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach and a passion for HR.
