Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an People & Business Operation Intern to join our team and be part of our growth journey.
What Will You Get To Do?
1. HR Operations & Administration
• Oversee and report monthly HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support to ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Manage employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and related documentation.
• Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle daily admin tasks such as company accounts, office assets, paperwork, and document delivery.
• Support office procurement including stationery, snacks, gifts, and other internal needs.
• Coordinate with different teams and support ad-hoc tasks when needed.
2. Compensation & Benefits
• Manage employee benefits, insurance, leave administration, and annual review processes.
• Providing monthy infomations for payroll computing.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development
• Support Finance Executive on implement implementation of KPIs, performance review systems, and bonus programs.
• Identify talent development and succession planning opportunities.
4. Compliance & Labor Regulations
• To assist Manager to ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance, and company policies, gradually being independent on these aspects.
• To assist Manager to manage HR audits and support legal or compliance-related matters.
• Keep updated on labor law changes and advise management on HR risks and best practices.
• Support work permit, visa, and expatriate management processes where applicable.
5. HR Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare HR compliance reports
• To assist Manager to have overview and improve HR systems, workflows, and automation initiatives.
• Participate in organizational transformation and process improvement projects.

What Will You Need?
• Holder of Bachelor's Degree or last year student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A talent for integrating effective tools in your work;
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both written and oral English and Vietnamese;
• Ability to align and build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders;
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, logical thinking, independent, and able to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
